Ok folks here is a build for Viper and fellow Tomahawk lovers.

Here is the leg section so far (front view)...I must have rebuilt it 5 times already and i think i am happy with this version.
The white shield on the left leg is where the RDF Kite is to go.

And now for a sneak peak at the section i like to call "big guns"

I had wanted to incorporate the typical triple black stripe detail but i'm limited to certain parts being of one color (which is also why the shoulders are black and not the dark gray i wanted them to be)

Well to answer a few of Vipers questions......

the build so far stands roughly 12 inches,

sadly the build includes certain pieces, that for some reason effect the pricing. Meaning it wont give you a cost for it because of those certain pieces (of which they don't tell you which pieces are causing the problem)

and to the wondering of the list of parts thing...the program actually lets you build what you want, prices it for you and will actually make it for you and send it to you. (unless you've included pieces that cant be priced for some reason) or so that is what i understand of the program anyways.

Ok folks back again with some more updates....this time i am having a little bit of a dilema with
constructing and mounting of the head section. Maybe some advice would be helpful here.

Here is the build of the upper torso as sectioned by the actual 1/60 scale
the head to the side is of the 3rd attempt..

and with Pilot Dyson (in lego form as requested by HP)

And lastly some eye candy....I modified the "big guns" to include the 3 victory stripes
as well as the yellow caution triangles. If you noticed, I also rebuilt the upper arms and shoulder
sections as well. I think this looks better..no?

Welcome back to the final issue of the Tomahawk (Lego version) Build.

I sat back this weekend and completed the build from our last showing.
Unfortunately i wasn't able to get the cockpit to open the way i wanted to
so i had to scrap that idea. (Thanks for the suggestions Mage but in the end
I wasn't able to get it to work as a true form 1/60 scale would).

So without further ado...here is the picture gallery of the final build.

Starting backwards going forward we see the rear view of the completed Tomahawk.

Here is a angled shot of the right side. I decided that i would go with a nice bright red color
for the missile bays....i think it give the Tomahawk a bad-ass look....but this is just my open onion..

Here is the "head on" frontal view with all guns at the ready.
I tried to capture all the amenities of a true Tomahawk, but unfortunately i wasn't
able to capture everything to the "T".
( sadly i was a little off with the scale/size of the head unit....
if you notice it sits much lower than the missile bays )

In this picture you can see that the right shoulder missile pack
has opened to launch the six pack of beer cans..(just seeing if you're paying
attention of if you're just here for the eye candy lol)

Apparently the last picture wasn't enough to cause a detour so our Tomahawk decided it needed
to display its full potential and show its chest mounted missile packs as well.
(woohoo a bonus !!2 two 12 packs of beer for a total of 36 cans lol)

And finally as a closing to this project, here is a persons view looking up at the mighty Tomahawk
in all its glory with all guns and missiles at the ready.
