First paint scheme project Cfpandf-1

Welcome to the first modified/painted Valkyrie in the hanger.
Some of you may have seen these pictures before and if you have please remain
patient as this forum grows into the variations yet to come.
For the new comers this will be a brief intro with only a few pictures and
some captions/explanations of the mods made.

Lets get started shall we?

First paint scheme project P1040179

In the fallowing pictures you will get to see my version of the all famous "cannon fodder" as called by the Zentraedi
Unfortunately i did not take the before pictures to show you what it used to look like
in its original Hikaru Ichijo VF-1A . but i do have a pic of the box lol.

Here is an angled shot of the finished product. I decided to do this paint scheme since
i was unable to get my hands on the 1/100 scale combination pack 4 (which includes Roy and
Hikaru's VF-1S as well as a VF-1A all with super weapon sets)

Here is a frontal view for you. The paint job is all down by hand with a base brown coat,
a mixed and thinned dark brown wash, and a light brown dry brush application.

And finally here is the all famous "birds-eye" view.
If you haven't noticed, this particular VF-1A is a battle warn survivor
with a strafing of cannon shot from a Zentraedi battle pod. I got this idea
obviously from the first episode featuring the VF-1D in the Robotech Macross Saga.

Note: the first picture (angled shot) will give you the best view of the strafing.

2nd Note: you may see the battloid mode of this same VF-1A in the hanger build series.

This concludes the first paint job/mod...be sure to watch for more Valks coming soon!!!
